Just saw now that you said chop down lol. I would train some Muay Thai and martial arts for sure and footwork reflex power focus. It might not be 100% right but they are all helpful for any striker imo. I would also spar conditioning in all fighters if possible. Conditioning is important for every fighter. I would suggest using the forums and trying to figure out what style you'd like to run. I would also fight every fighter every reset to make as much money as possible to buy equipment as fast as possible to add fighters and to train quicker.
Try to get a 19 fighter camp, spar for half a year on 5-6 skills, and the generation of fighters after that will have a good start on training. I'm a filthy casual so most players know more than me. Hell, the last time I was active there were only 12 fight styles.
1) Choose a style you want to learn, learn the stats for that style and train all of your fighters in those stats. Regardless of the stats they were recruited with.
