Only if you want to waste a roster spot on a guy who isn't going to make you any money. His thai was nice for you but you'll recruit one better eventually anyway.

Of course I'm playing the old one. Have a few guys doing pretty good and I'm about to buy my first major upgrade. You need to retire Nao Hosokaya now. 0-5 is enough. He won't win you any money or any fights.
