Thanks for the comment about Bobby Walker. The truth is that Bobby Walker doesn't make #1 because Gustav Dias is the dominant active fighter. Look at the number of EFC defenses, the number of consecutive title defenses including his streak in Glory, and the high ranking of all the fighters he's defeated. That's how ranking works.
