Round 1 A wild hook from Tai Shiau is ducked by Epple who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "Your damn" receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Dominik Epple. Shiau receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Epple. Dominik Epple escapes the clinch and creates some distance. "Your damn" is sent backwards from a series of punches from Epple. Dominik connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. Dominik Epple pummels Tai Shiau with a series of rapid fire fists. "Bad" keeps Shiau at a distance with some well timed jabs. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Dominik Epple lands a hook to the body. "Bad" pummels "Your damn" with a series of rapid fire fists. Dominik hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Dominik blocks a strong high kick from Tai and counters with a devastating left hook. Dominik traps Tai Shiau in the cage, landing a few strong punches to the face and body. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 A jab from Tai Shiau is blocked and a cross is returned by Dominik. Dominik connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. "Bad" connects with a hard jab as Shiau attempts a wide outside hook. The fighters circle each other.Round 3 comes to a close.
Round 4 Shiau lands a double jab. Epple lands a double jab. Dominik Epple connects with a strong right hook. Epple feints and follows up with a hard cross. Tai stalks forward paws away with a couple jabs missing the mark. Epple snaps back the head of Shiau with a stiff jab. The bell signals the end of round 4.
Round 5 Tai Shiau shoots in for a double leg, hoists Dominik up, and slams him viciously to the mat, taking side control. "Your damn" slides his knee across the body of Epple and takes full mount. Tai punishes Dominik with a series of strikes from the mount. Epple gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Epple carefully protects himself from Tais strikes. Dominik tripods up, causing "Your damn" to fall forward. As "Your damn" tries to scramble up Dominik lands a lunging hook, putting "Your damn" on the ground. Dominik stands up and looks to the ref to force "Your damn" into standing. The ref does not comply.Round 5 comes to a close.
