Round 1 "Number 4" is staggered by a jab to the chin. Fournier fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Torres. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Gregory Fournier is jockeying for position in the clinch. "Number 4" tries to break away from the clinch to no avail. Fournier has him on lockdown, peppering him with stiff shots. Fournier works Torres into a corner from the clinch. Fournier presses his head under Torress chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Round 2 The fighters circle each other. Gregory shoots but "Number 4" stuffs it, eventually using a whizzer to work to side control. Gregory Fournier almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Gregory gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Gregory Fournier tries to explode out the backdoor but Ale sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Gregory Fournier falls flat to protect himself. Gregory Fournier carefully protects himself from Ales strikes. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Ale Torres lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. Ale Torres keeps Gregory Fournier at a distance with some well timed jabs. Ale lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. Gregory gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. "Number 4" slides off to the side of Fournier and lands several heavy knees into his ribs. Before he can lose the position, "Number 4" switches back to full back control. Gregory Fournier slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Round 3 is finished.
