Round 1
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Ward gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. Noah Ward escapes the clinch and creates some distance. "reaper" is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Noah drops a huge strike to Regos chin, landing into his guard. Noah takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in "reapers" guard. It doesn't pay off as "reaper" makes his way to standing. A couple of powerful body shots forces Cicero Rego back to the corner. Ward swims to double underhooks. Cicero Rego cannot stop Ward from stepping back and taking him to the floor. Cicero is hit with a series of powerful punches while utilizing the guard. "chainsaw" forces "reapers" leg down, giving him the chance to pass into side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
Noah fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with "reaper". Rego receives a couple of stiff short hooks in the clinch. A strong elbow forces Cicero Rego to lose his balance and fall to the floor. "chainsaw" drops a huge strike to "reapers" chin, landing into his guard. Cicero Rego goes for a kimura from the bottom, but Noah slips out at the last second. "reaper" lands a stiff elbow while on his back. Noah Ward tries to pass guard but Cicero Rego stops him with a well timed punch. Noah loses his position, allowing Cicero Rego to slip behind and lock in a rear naked choke. Noah quickly taps out.
