Round 1 Nathan throws a cross that easily dodged by Torben. Nathan Morin takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Meira fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Nathan Morin. While tied up, Torben Meira is met with a hard uppercut. Meira is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Nathan Morin lays into Torben Meiras thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Meira does so. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Morin throws a cross that easily dodged by Torben. "Python" narrowly dodges a cross from Nathan, but falls catching him in his guard. While caught in the guard, Morin opens up a cut on Torben with a devestating elbow. Morin attempts to drop bombs while caught in the guard, but Meira takes the chance to switch Morin over to mount him. Torben Meira maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Torben secures his position. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Torben connects with a series of punches forcing Morin into a clinch. Nathan Morin receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Meira. Nathan Morin attempts a takedown from the clinch, but "Python" pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Morin eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Torben. Morin eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Meira. Nathan Morin takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Torben takes down Morin, but remains standing over him. Torben drops a huge strike to Morins chin, landing into his guard. Round 3 is over.
