Round 2 Kerry Evans loses his balance from a well timed strike, and is awkwardly taken down by Ray Twitty for the mistake. Ray Twitty has side control. Twitty slides his knee across the body of "the king" and takes full mount. Ray Twitty secures his position. "the king" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Ray tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. "the king" tripods up, causing Ray Twitty to fall forward. As Ray Twitty tries to scramble up "the king" lands a lunging hook, putting Ray Twitty on the ground. "the king" stands up and looks to the ref to force Ray Twitty into standing. The ref does not comply.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Twitty snaps back the head of Evans with a stiff jab. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Twitty works Evans into a corner, swimming for double underhooks. Twitty presses his head into Kerrys chest, forcing him to the ground. Kerry Evans backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Kerry connects with a stiff knee to the chin. Twitty is dazed on the mat. Ray Twitty thrusts his leg into Kerry Evanss knee while grounded. Round 3 is finished.
