Round 1
An outside leg trip puts Gav Medvedev into side control. Medvedev slides his knee across the body of Louie and takes full mount. Gav Medvedev secures his position. Medvedev telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but "Beast Hater" gives up his back to stop the attempt. Medvedev tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Round 2
"The Iron Fist" snaps back the head of Jodoin with a stiff jab. "Beast Hater" throws a cross that easily dodged by "The Iron Fist". Gav Medvedev takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. "Beast Hater" parries Medvedevs jab and connect with a cross. Gav Medvedev circles Louie Jodoin, mixing jabs with body shots. "Beast Hater" attempts a takedown, but Medvedev clumsily falls down without much provocation. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
Gav sends Louie to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. A kimura attempt is defended well by "The Iron Fist" and he is able to sneak his leg through Louies loose guard, to half guard. Gav drops an elbow onto the forehead of Louie. Medvedev slips out of half guard and into side control. Gav Medvedev lands a few stiff elbows from side control. A series of strong hammerfists forces Jodoin to roll over, giving up his back. Round 3 comes to a close.
