Round 1 Elix Watson parries Nuckolss jab and connect with a cross. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "Bloody" decides to abandon the clinch by pulling guard and bringing Elix Watson with him. Watson takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Addler Nuckolss guard. It doesn't pay off as Addler makes his way to standing. Elix narrowly dodges a cross from Addler, but falls catching him in his guard. "Bloody" tries to pass guard but Elix Watson stops him with a well timed punch. Nuckols drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. "The Hulk" backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 "The Hulk" connects with a strong right hook. Elix snaps back the head of "Bloody" with a stiff jab. "Bloody" throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Elix puts "Bloody" on the mat giving his back up. Elix tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Addler Nuckols starts to wiggle out of back control, Watson lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Nuckols is staggered by a jab to the chin. Watson sends Addler to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Watson attempts to press in but Nuckols uses a inside reaping to put Watson on the canvas. Nuckols hops to side control. Watson is wisely defending a kimura. Nuckols attempts to take it but Watson is having none of it, though Nuckols has used the chance the slide into mount. Watson attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Elix gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Elix Watson carefully protects himself from Addlers strikes. Elix rolls back into being mounted. The round comes to an end.
