Round 1 "Trooper" keeps Price at a distance with some well timed jabs. Denny narrowly dodges a cross from Patrick, but falls catching him in his guard. Barnes drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. "Violent" gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Barnes slams his knee into Denny Prices ribs. "Violent" tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. Patrick Barnes slips out of half guard and into side control. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Denny Price parries Patrick Barness jab and connect with a cross. Denny Price connects with a series of punches forcing Patrick Barnes into a clinch. Price grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow that puts Patrick Barnes on the floor. Price lays into Barness thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Patrick Barnes does so. Denny Price lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Patrick Barnes. Denny Price then switch kicks Patrick Barnes on the opposing rib. Denny fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with "Trooper". Price places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Patrick reaches over the shoulder of "Violent" and sets in a kimura. He rolls it over but has to release the hold, landing in half guard.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Patrick Barnes eats a stiff kick to the face. "Troopers" legs are wobbled by a strong hook to the temple then a shovel punch to the jaw. Barnes connects with a series of punches forcing "Violent" into a clinch. "Violent" grabs the plum and lands several knees to the legs "Trooper". "Violent" is hit with a hook and a shovel punch and stumbles backward. Patrick tries to press the action but is met with a push kick from "Violent" that puts him on the floor. Denny Price drops a huge strike to Barness chin, landing into his guard. "Trooper" starts to create some distance with his legs, Denny capitalizes by passing to side control. Denny throws his knee into the ribs of Patrick Barnes. Patrick gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Round 3 is over.
