Round 1
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "Be Quick or Be Dead" attempts to grab the plum but is hit by an aggressive uppercut from Pedro. While tied up, Francis is met with a hard uppercut. Gonzalez circles "THE MACHINE", landing jabs at will. Gonzalez lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Pedro Cruz. Gonzalez lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a heavy counter hook. Gonzalez is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Cruz lays into Gonzalezs thighs with some well timed kicks while Gonzalez is grounded. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
Pedro Cruz moves in to press the action, but "Be Quick or Be Dead" lands a heavy back kick. Pedro Cruz lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. Francis Gonzalez throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Cruz. "THE MACHINE" dodges a jab and throws a kick to the midsection of Francis Gonzalez. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
Francis lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs. The fighters circle each other. Cruz begins a combination but Francis ducks down, picking Pedro Cruzs leg. Francis lifts Pedro Cruzs leg as high as he can and throws a sweeping leg kick. Gonzalez lays into Cruzs thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Pedro Cruz does so. "THE MACHINE" parries a jab but is caught by a sweeping leg kick that sends him to the floor. Francis lays into "THE MACHINEs" thighs with some well timed kicks while Cruz is grounded. "Be Quick or Be Dead" lays into "THE MACHINEs" thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Cruz does so. Francis Gonzalez dodges a jab and lands a kick to the face of Cruz. Francis snaps back the head of Cruz with a stiff jab. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
