Round 1
The fighters circle each other. The fighters circle each other. Rober Mendez executes a single leg giving him the back of Cook. Cook carefully protects himself from Mendezs strikes. Kit Cook starts to wiggle out of back control, Rober lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Rober Mendez connects with a strong right hook. Kit Cook wraps around Rober Mendezs waist, and drags him to his back, taking side control The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Mendez fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Kit. A stiff elbow looks to have Mendez dazed. A strong elbow forces "Grapple" to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Kit attempts to drop a fist on Rober, but misses and lands in his guard. Kit tries to pass guard but Mendez stops him with a well timed punch. Mendez connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Kit Cook pulls out of the guard of Rober, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Rober. While in the guard, Kit Cook drops a long punch. Rober Mendez throws the leg over and rolls it over into an armbar. Kit Cook has no choice but to submit.
