Round 1 Collins is hit with a jab but is able to slip a cross and grab a arm-triangle in standing. Collins trips Kuzmin to the floor, landing in side control. Kuzmin is wisely defending a kimura. Dillon attempts to take it but Kuzmin is having none of it, though Dillon has used the chance the slide into mount. Dillon maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Luka Kuzmin gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Dillon tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Luka starts to wiggle out of back control, Dillon lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Luka throws a cross that easily dodged by Dillon Collins. Dillon Collins narrowly dodges a cross from Luka, but falls catching him in his guard. Dillon Collins is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Kuzmin. Luka presses the action while in the guard, but Collins is able to switch him into mount. Dillon maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Collins telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Luka gives up his back to stop the attempt.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 The fighters circle each other. Dillon circles Luka Kuzmin, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Dillon is staggered by a jab to the chin. Luka Kuzmin shoots a takedown from a distance putting Dillon Collins on the ground. The round comes to an end.
