Round 1 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Shurik receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Pyotr Cherkasov. While tied up, Pyotr Cherkasov is met with a hard uppercut. Shurik circles Cherkasov, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Kiselyov parries Pyotr Cherkasovs jab and connect with a cross. Cherkasov circles Kiselyov, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Cherkasov attempts a takedown but slips, and Shurik Kiselyov backs away. Shurik Kiselyov is standing over Cherkasov. Cherkasov thrusts his leg into Shurik Kiselyovs knee while grounded. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Pyotr is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Kiselyov. Kiselyov now has side control. Shurik slides his knee across the body of Cherkasov and takes full mount. Shurik maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Shurik Kiselyov telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Cherkasov gives up his back to stop the attempt. Pyotr carefully protects himself from Kiselyovs strikes. Pyotr starts to wiggle out of back control, Shurik lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Shurik snaps back the head of Pyotr Cherkasov with a stiff jab. Pyotr Cherkasov is staggered by a jab to the chin. Shurik circles Cherkasov, mixing jabs and leg kicks. The fighters circle each other. Kiselyov circles Pyotr Cherkasov, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Pyotr Cherkasov connects with a strong right hook. Round 3 comes to a close.
