Round 1 Harold snaps back the head of Ning with a stiff jab. Ning Qiu keeps Davis at a distance with some well timed jabs. A jab from Harold is blocked and a cross is returned by Ning. Davis attempts a lazy shot, which Qiu sprawls, eventually taking Davis back. Harold tries to explode out the backdoor but Ning Qiu sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Harold falls flat to protect himself. Harold rolls back into being mounted.Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Qiu ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Davis to the mat, and his back. Ning Qiu tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Davis starts to wiggle out of back control, Ning Qiu lets him escape putting them both on their feet. A shot from Ning is countered by a guillotine from Harold Davis. Ning follows through with a slam, landing in side mount, nullifying the choke. Ning Qiu slides his knee across the body of Harold Davis and takes full mount. Ning Qiu secures his position. Harold is hit with multiple punches, and taps out.
