You also have to take in account that tyrone is in just to high of an org (GLory) right now to be successful given the fact his stats aren't high enough to compete with the guys on that level. Your guy should atleast be 3.5 jj/flex w/ 2.75 wrest/str atleast to really give it a go at that level. So give it some time b/c again like i said it will def be a while to get the $$ to buy better equipment to train your guys effectively..wont happen over night but you gotta get some wins bro to get $$
dude you have to be patient and give it some time. it won't come overnight bro. trust me when i was fresh to this game i went through that same stage dude, but eventually within 3months o got my first efc champion and you can do the same
