I have to say either Conditioning or wrestling. I find that wrestling is very important, it helps with Pull Guard, GnP, etc. And Conditioning is important in title fights and can definetely be the deciding factor in one of those fights
3/17/08 An Era has ended for Beantown Brawlers Russian Camp. Jermija "Jay Zino" Zinoviev has decided to retire. He retires as the Most Dominant BBR Fighter ever. He was a Flying Submissions fighter who very rarely strayed from his style and spent over half of his career in the Delerium Orginization and carved out a nice niche for himself. He never aquired a Delerium Belt but did manage to aquire both an LDNet LW Belt and the Pankrash WW Belt. He was a leader of the camp and will be sorely miss
