Round 1 Fortunato Velasquez hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Fortunato Velasquez connects with a hard punch making Baumann bring him in to a tight clinch. Baumann drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Fortunato sets a guillotine choke but Baumann slips out at the last moment. Baumann is now caught in guard. Fortunato Velasquez attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. A jab from Baumann is blocked and a cross is returned by Fortunato Velasquez. Yinon is staggered by a jab to the chin. Baumann throws a hard jab but Fortunato Velasquez throws a cross right over the top that knocks Baumann to the ground. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Baumann connects with a hard jab as Velasquez attempts a wide outside hook. Velasquez sprawls a takedown attempt from "Bow Down". "Bow Down" eats several punches on the way back to his feet. "Bow Down" connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. "Bow Down" takes in a well composed combination of quick strikes from Velasquez. Yinon Baumann is thrown for a tizzy by the sheer volume of punches that Fortunato is throwing his direction. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Velasquez grabs for a clinch but Baumann grazes him with an uppercut. Velasquez staggers back, then surprises Baumann with a powerful superman punch. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Fortunato Velasquez sprawls a takedown attempt from "Bow Down". "Bow Down" eats several punches on the way back to his feet. Fortunato Velasquez throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Yinon is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Yinon continually moves away from Velasquez, who stalks him patiently, occasionally landing a jab or cross. Baumann throws a cross that easily dodged by Fortunato. Yinon hits an uppercut to the head of Velasquez followed by a hard hook. Yinon takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Fortunato Velasquez traps Yinon Baumann in the cage, landing a few strong punches to the face and body. Fortunato Velasquez hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Yinon. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
