Round 1 An outside leg trip puts Ramos into side control. Ramos slides his knee across the body of Grigor Tokarev and takes full mount. Tokarev lands a good elbow as Dexter Ramos lowers his torso. Tokarev gets pummeled by the fists of Dexter. Tokarev gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Grigor tries to explode out the backdoor but Dexter Ramos sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Grigor falls flat to protect himself. Grigor Tokarev starts to wiggle out of back control, Dexter Ramos lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Grigor parries Dexters jab and lands an uppercut. Dexter narrowly dodges a cross from Grigor Tokarev, but falls catching him in his guard. Grigor Tokarev backs out of the guard, and chooses to stand with his opponent, allowing him to his feet. Tokarev blocks a hook cross combo but is pushed backward. Dexter Ramos tries to press the action but is met with a hook, uppercut that keeps him at bay. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Dexter dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Grigor standing over him. Tokarev kicks at the thighs of Dexter. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Dexter Ramos circles Grigor, landing jabs at will. Ramos circles Grigor Tokarev, mixing jabs with body shots. Grigor Tokarev eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Dexter. Dexter snaps back the head of Grigor with a stiff jab. Dexter ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. Tokarev connects with a hard right hand putting Dexter on the mat. Tokarev goes down with him into side control.Round 3 comes to a close.
