Take a look at our alliance and 100% of our members have EFC Gold. It is a great way to get helpful information about the game, and enter different events that are not offered to people outside an alliance.

I've heard of some fighters dropping over 30 lbs. The most I've has is 25 lbs. I've has some that can't consistently drop 9 lbs. I believe the average is about 18 lbs or so. Also, just because he doesn't make weight once doesn't mean he can't. I've had fighters that would miss weight 3-5 times
