I went by what it says in the SFL Title Etiquette thread. First things to consider: 1. Never fight a feeder 2. Have they fought in the org before? 3. Who has the longest streak in org? If these things are the same, here are 3 more things to consider: 1. Which fighter is ranked higher? 2. Which fighter has fought tougher opponents? 3. Have these fighters fought, and who won? It was a coin toss between the two of you, Trite.

For the record, earned two Prel shots and got neither. Mason just has stats and shit hiddens. I do not believe it was a case of ducking by either coach. Obviously lower ranked wins are now better and a guy with a higher rank, but, lower quality wins deserves it more. How silly to think that fighting higher ranked opponents should get you the shot.

Ranked wins in the 300 and 400's are now considered better than a guy ranked 199 and another who retired ranked in the top 50. Please read note below. Lower ranked opponents are now considered better wins and the opposing coach will berate you and defend that notion instead of admitting a mathematical impossibility and flaw in logic.

Phreaks guy had better wins. You not only had the same guy twice in your streak but you also had 2 retired fighters. Dont take your frustration out on me for your past treatment. I gave a good shot and you know it. Dont bother responding. I was only telling you as a courtesy.

So rank only matters when it's the fighters that the challenger has fought, not the challenger's rank itself? Good to know. Rank: It only means stuff sometimes.

The legend of Mason has begun. A mediocre fighter who was skipped twice in a matter of a day for two Prel shots, despite having better wins than the guys the shots were given to. Mason carries on, no matter how little his coach thinks of him. If you have a worse streak, still send your shot as Mason may continue to be fucked out of shots in EFC.

Looking at it a bit more, I'm wrong, Trite. Your two Prel wins were better than his, although he did get the UD and the sub, which I factored in as well. So I'd say bad shot is a bit extreme. Not-exactly-ideal-shot would be more accurate.
