See the two comments below me, this is how the Brooklyn Brawlers team does business. He offered me a title shot if I met his criteria (which he didn't expect I could do) then when I do it he offers the shot to someone else who isn't as worthy and leaves the org. Keep this in mine when you deal with him or consider offering him title shots:
