10 years after his 1st fight, Mike decided it was time to quit MMA. One of our most charismatic fighters, Mike rumbled the cages with huge wins, being the one and only, the true Underdog. In beetwen he leaves 11 titles (among others, 6 Leap and 2 A-1). Mikes mistakes was moving up to soon, as he had a rows of losses beetwen A-1 and Strikefest. If it was for that, he would probably reached the top. With a #135, he is the 2nd best camp fighter of all times, overcoming myths like Ian Robinson.

Wooowww!!!! WWWoOOOWWW!! Mike Collins just owned Luke Baker!!!! Although he was the title holder, he truly was the Underdog for this fight! Luke Baker is nothing more nothing less than #64, with an impressive 47-17 record, with a shitload of titles!!! Collins ended Baker at 1:37 of Rd 1 with a beutiful Guillotine choke. This is definitely one of the Academys Greatest (and unexpected wins). And wheres Collins in all this?? In STRIKEFEST!!! This fight just got himself a contract there.

Mikes first fights werent promising. However, we knew hes was fighter that could have a future, for his persistence and wish to be good one day. And our bet payed off. Mike is currently our best fighter (alongside Ian Robinson) and just won the greatest Academy Title ever!!!!! He bring to the Academy our firts A-1 Belt!!!! Mike won the A-1 WW Championship after being challenged by Liam Brown. He won it in Rd 3 by submission via Arm Triangle Choke.

Whats a sports showman. Mike challenged Ian Young for the Addicition WW title. Ian accepted it. Mike dominated the whole fight, although he couldnt finish it. Won by Unanimous Decision. Right after, he didnt keep the belt: hes ambicious, has nothing to prove (after all, hes The Underdog) and signed a contract with A-1. Won the Academy 1st Addiction Belt and got in the Academys top level along with Sammy Hughes and Isamu Kamon.

The win over Gordon Evans determined the end of LEAP cicle for Collins. Collins won and defend his LEAP WW title twice, making him, at the moment, the best ranked fighter ever in the Academy (#174), overcoming the mythical Sammy Hughes. After that, he was offered a contract with UFL, as hes taking the chance.

Mike sucessfully defend his title against the contender Romulo Guerra in a very hard match agaisn who went to decision, with Collins winning by 2 to 1 judges decision.

An easy win for Mike Collins over the sensation Justin McConomy. a fighter who was coming from a 9 win streak, the last 5 carrying the LEAP WW belt. Mike started out on the wrong as Justin was pounding him hard. Collins waited and at 03:30 of Round 1 submited Justin with an armbar. Theres a reason why people named Mike "The Underdog". Classy stuff.

Mike "The Underdog" Collins is the new Shaato WW World Champion! After a bad start in his professional MMA career, in LOGO, Collins moved on and up and risked a new challenge in Shaato. It payed off has he made it to the belt with a clear win over Mitch "Baby Face" Young, on Rd. 1 by way of submission. A fighter with a great combat spirit.
